Full event details

This masterclass will provide an introduction to the realities of the modern marriage and the rise in popularity of the pre-nuptial agreement. Students will become familiar with leading case law in this area and the principles upon which the court do/do not take these agreements into account. Students will be encouraged to enter into debate about the issues raised.
