This masterclass investigates the ethical responsibilities that we, as national citizens, have to distant others. Should we be interested in the plight of others? Depending on how we understand the global world informs how, if at all, we can help vulnerable peoples around the world. By reflecting on these relationships students will engage in the process of critical reflection and debate on contemporary matters in international relations.
