Britain is getting fatter and seemingly, little can be done to stop the number of people becoming overweight, even obese. The health implications of excessive weight gain are well known, as are the social and economic prejudices that the obese often face in their lives. This Masterclass will discuss the role of the UK Food industry in Britain’s Obesity Crisis and its efforts to help people eat more nutritiously.
