Medway School of Pharmacy, in partnership with the Partnership Development Office at the University of Kent is holding a summer school for students in years 11 and 12 at its Medway campus where you will be able to:

•Carry out practical research in our modern laboratories
•Use industry-level research facilities
•Visit leading science technology companies
•Enter the Science Challenger and other competitions
•Create your own posters to demonstrate what you’ve learned–prizes to be won!

The theme of the week long course will be Biomedical Diagnostics and it will give you both a theoretical and practical insight into modern
, applied science from the perspectives of chemistry, biology, physics and engineering.
