The Accounting and Finance lectures at the University of Worcester have a real world focus linking accounting and finance theory to actual events taking place in the business world. This taster session will focus on Facebook's acquisition of whatsapp, investigating why this business combination took place and the implications of this on the financial accounting at both businesses.
