Full event details

The Department of Humanities works closely with teachers from schools and colleges across the region inspiring level 3 students and encouraging students from all backgrounds to consider Higher Education. Our conference will provide an opportunity to network with fellow teachers and academic staff and to talk to current students about their experiences.

Delegates will be invited to select from a range of workshops including:
• The value of a Humanities or Media degree and graduate careers
• USA’68, the ‘Summer of Love’ and the ‘Winter of Discontent’
• Immersive learning experiences using Virtual Reality

Refreshments and lunch will be provided.
