Why should we get involved?
Be part of Greater Manchester’s year as the European City of Science! This will build on the work from STEM initiatives throughout the year and encourage creativity, confidence, ownership and fun and create a buzz about science.
What counts as science?
The day is about celebrating the scientific and creative process of working scientifically by asking questions, formulating theories, testing ideas, drawing conclusions, discovering, designing solutions to solve problems, coding for a purpose, using technology in new ways, exploring artistic responses to science learning.
