An informal day, it provides an opportunity for you to visit as many or as few of the halls as you wish, get a sense of their location, view facilities and study bedrooms, and chat with current residents. A free shuttle bus service is available to transport you between the three accommodation campuses.

In 2016 Open House will take place on Sunday 13th March between 10.00am and 4.00pm. You will be able to view the event guide online shortly as it will be posted here - hard copies of the brochure will be available to collect on the day from University Place and halls of residence too.

Prospective students are welcome to visit any of the University's halls throughout the year but you are advised to make prior appointments as occasionally staff may not be available to offer assistance or halls may be closed to visitors temporarily. Contact details of each hall can be found on their individual hall website.

Whenever you choose to visit The University of Manchester, there are a number of places you can stay. Book the University's very own 3 star AA, Chancellors Hotel and Conference Centre
