You only have to look at the development of the humble chocolate bar over the past few years to see how interesting and past paced this industry is.

Here at UCB we have sensory rooms specially designed for messing with your senses during food tasting, we have a mixology lab where students can learn how to create non-alcoholic cocktails and understand the density of liquids. We have have a Coffee Lab for learning about how to mix different types of coffee beans to produce the perfect blend. There are two kitchens set up for every kind of configuration of kitchens at home so products our students develop can be successfully be reproduced back in their home environments.

International food production companies regularly use our industry-standard facilities to work with our students and develop their brand.
