The University's annual PhD Open Evening is on Wednesday 25 November 2015. Our Open Evening provides an excellent opportunity to discuss PhD study with faculty, meet current PhD students and find out about funding, entry requirements and career prospects. The event runs from 4.30pm-7.30pm and activities include the following:

• An opportunity to discuss PhD study options with academic staff
• A chance to meet current PhD students
• Presentations on research strengths at Sussex
• Presentations on the PhD student journey
• Details of the wide range of PhD funding available
• Talks on the PhD application and selection process
• Advice on PhD career development and opportunities
