Event Summary:
Aimed at year 11 students, students will have an opportunity to revise the GCSE mathematics curriculum to increase students’ abilities and confidence in Maths and to highlight common errors or misconceptions that pupils make. They will also be given the opportunity to ask specific questions and attempt examination questions.

What will the students learn?
Each student will be given a workbook of relevant examination questions. At the end of the revision sessions, students will have learned:
• How to recognise and avoid common mistakes
• An awareness of common misconceptions
• How to answer questions to gain as many marks as possible and to check if their answers are sensible

Students will be organised into groups and will attend different revision sessions covering (subject to change);

• Algebra
• Handling Data
