Great managers aren’t born with these skills, they have to be learnt and include: planning; organising; human resources; directing and controlling an organisation. We’ll also help you improve your decision making, communication and negotiation skills. Our Business Management courses also teach you how to think creatively and become a team player. Remember the best ideas come from collaboration and working with others. This free event for Y12/13/1/2 students will give you an insight of what our Business courses cover and help you discover where the course can take you in the future.
