Full event details

In this masterclass, we look at two topics within the broad field of PPE: finance and elites.

We will consider how finance is a diverse cultural network rather than a purely mathematical process, and how finance (amongst other things) helps to channel political power. Can democracy offer a more balanced politics? And why (and indeed how) have elites managed to create so many problems? How else, in short, could we organise society?

Duration: One hour (2pm - 4pm)
