This event will feature a series of mini lectures and workshops giving students an insight into studying English Language at University whilst enhancing their current Sixth Form studies. Topics covered on the day will include: Using forensic linguistics to help investigate crime, identifying new words on Twitter and the importance of language and communication in business. Attendees will also have the opportunity to speak to current English Language students.
