Food and Nutritional Sciences Summer School is a free three day residential summer school for sixth formers at the University of Reading, 5 - 7 July 2017.

The Food Science Summer School, hosted by the University of Reading, gives students a chance to gain a practical appreciation of food manufacturing, safety, quality control, nutrition and cutting edge research. Students who attend this fully industrially sponsored course will carry out a variety of applied chemistry and biology practicals investigating wide ranging aspects of food science; from flavour technologies to foods as medicine.
The course runs over 3 days in July and there is a full social program as well as the academic program which allows your students to really get a taste of University life.
