This course introduces students to key concepts in the study of globalization and equips students with the tools they need to examine a range of illustrations and contemporary examples of global South Asia, including culturally rich diaspora communities of London. The syllabus is designed to engage students with core concepts within the area of globalization studies. A key feature of the course will be its utilisation of the globalized context of London and its rich resources. Visits to museums and other sites of significance will be embedded in the course structure.
