Full event details

Biomedical Science provides a multidisciplinary approach to the study of human disease. It encompasses the causes of disease and the effects of disease on the normal structure and functions of the human body. It also provides an understanding of the scientific basis for the laboratory investigation, diagnosis, monitoring and treatment of disease.
The taster day will include an introduction to Biomedical Science, graduate skills and job opportunities as well as scientific workshops, laboratory work and interpreting experimental data.
