Uni Connect partnered with Birmingham City University is hosting an online 2 week camp where sixth form and college students will explore how computer graphics are used in visual effects, gaining skills such as video compositing, animation and modelling.
The visual effects programme introduces students to what options are available if they are interested in a career within visual effects. Students will work on a creative visual effects task for a week in their own time, and have it reviewed by academics. Taking a closer look into what they could study at university and what their future could look like.
Students will get an insight of all the different careers from the unknown to the typical routes. We will supply the online package for students to take part along with pre-recorded guidance that can be watched at any time.
