Our year 12 summer school gives you the chance to experience life as a first year student. You will attend lectures, seminars and hands on workshops, get tips on how to put together your UCAS application and gain important study skills.
We have 9 courses available during the Holloway week:
* Acting and Re-acting (Theatre Practice)
* A Week of Creative Technology
* An Introduction to University Maths
* Design and Build your own Robot (Electronic Engineering)
* Early Childhood studies: Learning Through Play
* Gender, Sexuality and Education (Sociology)
* Human Sciences
* Journalist for a week
* Psychology in the Real World
Over the course of the week you will be taught by our academic staff and have the chance to learn first-hand what university life is like from our student ambassadors. There will be lots of opportunities to make new friends too.
